I definitely prefer playing the game on PC as opposed to with the Kinect because I find the movement controls to be a bit too aggravating to control through the latter as opposed to being able to use a configured PS4 controller on my laptop. This game can be...very...repetitive. A lot of the character tasks involve you going around the character's land collecting things for them, talking to other characters in the land from the same IP. This can be rather annoying if you intend on doing a lot of quests in succession, as you can potentially be running to and fro in each land. Even Critter Country, which seems to be the smallest land, was something of an annoyance for me, going between the Br'er characters completing their missions. Makes you wonder why they don't have half a brain cell to just walk a couple yards to the character themselves.Admittedly, I don't give the Attractions much attention unless I really have to for the sake of a character's questline, as was the case for the Matterhorn and Splash Mountain. I do enjoy some though, such as the Winnie the Pooh and Alice in Wonderland attractions, I found them to be quite fun. I must say, though, some Attractions feature dancing games that basically make it obvious that this was made for the Kinect; the player character automatically makes moves they need to emulate with any response from the player and I think it does take away from the experience. All things said, I like this game for it is incredibly immersive and makes my inner Disney fanatic squeal with joy as I'm provided opportunities to interact with my favorites such as Pooh and Ariel. If you're also into Disney, then I'd definitely recommend getting this game, even if only to explore the park and take in all the details for yourself. Also, I haven't mentioned how fun it is just to explore the park. And when you get items you can use to interact with the park, it's really magical.. I've played this game on the Kinect before, which was what inclined me to buy this game in the first place.
